You might ask yourself - who still shoots analog landscapes in the 21st century? Well, I guess I’m the kind of person who likes making things unnecessarily difficult for themselves. Or takes extra effort to achieve the desired results.

This trips happened during my analog phase, and I genuinely love how the photos turned out. The washed-out colours feel just like memories, and the natural grain makes them look as if they were taken sometime in the 1990s. I rarely shoot on film anymore, but I still feel deeply sentimental about it.

“You don't make a photograph just with a camera. You bring to the act of photography all the pictures you have seen, the books you have read, the music you have heard, the people you have loved.”

Ansel Adams
